  • Work on the camper curated cabinet

Experiencing

  • Participate in a history field trip
  • Visit another activity and identify and understand the history of it
  • Given an interview about your camp experience

Junior A

Archiving

  • Learn about digitizing material
  • Digitize 3 items
  • Help sort through excess museum items

Curating

  • Research a topic and create a display (physical or online) about it
  • Give a camp history tour

Experiencing

  • Donate 1 item to the Kawanhee history museum
  • Assist on a history field trip
  • Interview a camper about their camp experience

Senior

Archiving

  • Spend one period working on organizing unorganized material
  • Digitize a series of materials (photos, wigwams, etc…)

Curating

  • Research a topic and create a display (physical or online) about it
  • Complete a history project (create an activity, plan a field trip, etc…)
  • Help teach others in the history museum

Experiencing

  • Interview a staff member or a camp alumni about their camp experience
  • Lead a history field trip
  • Complete one independent task to create/explore camp or local history
